- ummm. Responded well. The rudest responses in my life were from them, but another lady was the best I have had the pleasure to meet.

- Functionallity and benefits
- Good programme. Research module was cumbersome to use, & cost extra $500 or so :-((
- Said to be a programme mainly for Specialists. Ummm..I don't know. Many good features,easy to understand & use. Accounting was a bit limited. Easier to use than our new system. I could write my own instructions for patients easily. Scripts instructions couldn't be universal, so each doctor had to write his own special database.
