Solo GP My interst is in finding a good, easy to use practice manager/patient program which doen't cost 2 arms and a leg. I use QuickBooks and Medical Director I have had demo versions of the big expensive practice management progs. and all seem much too costly for GP's. Quickbooks at least is a cheap alternative and is better than nothing. I did use a medclaims program and found bugs and too hard for me and staff to use. Quickbooks does audit trail, outstanding debts,reconciliation, etc Installation came with hardware and some personal sweat and swearing Dollar costs not much, personal time huge To get Quickbooks to operate, I am using a consultant to set up system, involves about 10 hours and $600 | ||||||
