Set Up time and ongoing time
Med Dir - 2 mths and it was running efficiently. We commenced with billing system 4 years ago and upgraded to prescribing in Sept 1996. not all partners are using all facets of program as yet

Level of Support received:
Excellant. It is a benefit to have some computer knowledge. Excellent for both Medepak & Medical Director

Functionallity and benefits
These comments relate to Med Dir. Our Accounts program (MediPak) is a Unix based program and even though they can marry the 2 programs, we get mysterious things happening and I would advise the 2 programs to have the same operating system. Wouldn't be without it.

Improvements?
We intend to progress to fully computerised records
