Purchased Genie May '95. Purchased Computer Mar. '96. Practice at home 2 months. On-desk May '96. Purchased Med-Billing July '96.(Paper accounts messy). 3 days of Med-Billing training on-site for office staff (one with no prior computer use). Fully operational in few days.
 
 
Level of Support received:
Excellent personal help with patience and understanding for us novices even though the local Med-Billing agent ceased operation due to ill-health. Paul Carr has been a tower of strength and so happily available at any hour to help with my poor computer skills to sort out my errors in upgrades of Genie.
