Eucalyptus Oil 10 Light Magnesium Carbonate 7 Purified Water to 100 Additional information: There is little information to suggest that agents claimed as expectorants actually facilitate expectoration. Thus simple measures such as simple linctuses and inhalations may be just as useful for symptomatic relief. Directions for use: Add one teaspoonful to some hot water (not boiling) and inhale the vapour as necessary. Advise on postural drainage may also be useful in patients with bronchiectasis. Precautions for use: Boiling water should not be used due to the risks of scalding and particular care should be taken, especially with children.
